Notes
- Spec references existing code artifacts (
src/shared/domain/exceptions.py,backend/routers/) by name/path as scope anchors, not as implementation prescriptions — this is consistent with the feature being a cross-cutting engineering guideline rather than a typical user-facing feature, and matches the level of concreteness already used in this repo's other specs (e.g. 016-db-schema-brushup). - All items pass on first validation pass; no iteration needed.
